Press release on the outcome of the plenary session of the council of ministers
On 27 October 2023, the Spokesperson Unit of the Royal Government of Cambodia issued a press release on the results of the plenary session of the council of ministers under the high presidency of Samdech Moha Bovatei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Four agendas were discussed and approved, including:
1. Draft Royal Decree on the establishment, organization, and functioning of the National Authority for Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
2. Draft Law on finance for management 2024
3. Draft Law on the payment of the general state budget for management in 2022
4. Request for approval from the Council of Ministers for the adoption of the draft law on the approval of the comprehensive economic partnership agreement between the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the government of the United Arab Emirates.
